Microgreens in Pasadena

Sweet Science Nutrition is proud to offer farm-to-home microgreens for a nutrient-dense boost to your diet. Our microgreens are dietitian-grown in Pasadena, Southern California and delivered locally less than 24 hours after harvest. They can be added to any meal for extra nutrition or blended into a power smoothie!

We specialize in growing four varieties of nutrient-dense microgreens: Broccoli, Sunflower, Pea and Radish. Microgreens are the shoots of vegetables picked just after the first leaves have developed. They are “living foods” – purposefully utilized in their most nutritious and delicious state, to enhance your diet.

Their nutrient content is more concentrated, with vitamin and antioxidants levels up to 40x higher than mature greens. Microgreens are richer in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium, iron, zinc and copper. They're also packed with B vitamins, essential amino acids, folate, etc.

Our microgreens are grown on coco coir – coconut husk – instead of regular soil. Coco coir is 100% organic and a renewable resource. It is uniform in composition, clean, odorless and, unlike regular soil, it does not harbor bugs or weeds.

Each order of microgreens is sold by weight and fills a 24-oz food container, as seen below.

With Bundle & Save, you'll receive your choice of 2 microgreens every week for only $10!
